Pauz is a nervous system regulation app for people living with anxiety and OCD. Built around your unique Mind Landscape — not a one-size-fits-all program.
Richard is an AI chat companion built for the moment you want reassurance. Instead of telling you everything will be fine, he acknowledges how you feel and lovingly refuses to feed the reassurance loop — with a sense of humor, never at your expense. Don't love the name? Rename him whatever you like.
Richard is not a therapist and does not provide medical advice or crisis support. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. For a medical emergency, call 911.
When anxiety spikes or a compulsion pulls, press pause. Set your intention, breathe, and let your nervous system reset. Every session is tracked so you can see the patterns over time.
A few minutes each day to reflect on anxiety, control, compulsions, and joy. The more consistently you check in, the more powerful your Insights become.
Weekly and monthly views of your anxiety trends, habit patterns, and nervous system shifts. Watch your landscape evolve as you build the practice.
A personalized reflection space that knows your Mind Landscape and check-in history. Ask anything — it responds in a way that feels custom to you.
Your landscape home. Set custom goals, explore daily quotes curated to your nervous system, and revisit your three dimensions any time you need grounding.
Build regulation goals around your landscape. Track custom habits in every daily check-in. Watch your consistency show up in Insights week over week.
Take the Mind Landscape quiz in under five minutes. Everything else builds from there.
